A preview of our Constitution

ACIS is a Constitutional Monarchy. The
alliance is based on comradeship, mutual support, honor and it is highly
disciplined and democratically organized. Our only pre-requisite for becoming a
member is to be active and agree with the rules of our Constitution

The Alliance is committed in offering to all members:

- Immediate and continuous support to weaker members
- Defense of every member's sovereignty, honor and wealth
through diplomacy or war.
- Detailed instructions about every aspect of the game
accompanied by material support if required.
-Justice and equality
-excitement

In exchange the Alliance Rules are:

1) Absolute obedience to the elected High Council. If a
member disobeys he will get a warning and a fine. Second time the member will
be kicked out.

2) Participation at the forum. Members are encouraged as
often as possible to visit the forum. If it is an order by the Imperial Leader
to either vote or participate in the war room, it will have to be obeyed

3) The use of circular messages is prohibited. Only
allowed in emergencies ("I am under attack help!")

4) Every member has the right to propose policies. The
Imperial Leader would decide if adopted or going to the polls.

5) Be prepared to offer resources and/or troops when
ordered. Mutual aid and justice are our
cornerstones of our Alliance.

6) Voting on certain issues is compulsory. In case of
disobedience to that important rule, the Imperial Leader can order the member's
expulsion

7) Fines are decided by the Imperial Leader on each
occasion and are paid as donations to the islands mills or mines

The above Constitution will be subject to change if the
High Council decides to put part or all of it open for discussion.
